Sundip is the Managing Partner of Landon Capital Partners, where he oversees firm operations and portfolio management, in addition to leading new investments.  With over 25 years of private equity experience, he has led numerous transactions and served on the boards of more than a dozen middle-market companies. Previously, Sundip was a Partner at Norwest Equity Partners and Snow Phipps, participating on both the investment and management committees. His earlier roles included senior investor positions at 3i Group and The Carlyle Group. Sundip began his career at Goldman Sachs.  He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA with Distinction from Cornell University.

Peter is a Principal at Landon Capital Partners, where he is responsible for overseeing portfolio and new investment activities. Prior to joining Landon Capital Partners, he worked for Covington Associates, where he assisted in the execution of several sell-side engagements. Previously, he was an analyst at Nomura Securities in the Technology and Media group where he worked on leveraged buy-outs and M&A advisory roles. He received his MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Information Systems from Boston College.

James is a Vice President at Landon Capital Partners, where he is responsible for overseeing portfolio and new investment activities. Prior to this role, James was an Investment Associate at Lighthouse Real Estate Investments, where he focused on underwriting and managing the firm’s commercial real estate and private equity investments. Before that, he served as an Analyst at Equity Resource Investments, focusing on the execution of the firm’s commercial real estate investment strategies. He received his MBA from INSEAD and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University.

Mr. Edis has managed JPS Finance Ltd. since 2005. Mr. Edis oversees the Landon Family Trust's funds and direct investments and has experience sourcing and managing investments across many sectors. Before JPS Finance, Mr. Edis worked for nine years as a commercial lawyer with Linklaters in London and New York. He is a graduate of St. Catharine's College, Cambridge University. Mr. Edis is based in London.

Mr. Menell has been the Finance Director at JPS Finance Ltd. since 2013. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1997, he worked in corporate finance for a large international accounting firm and then spent seven years at SGI Ltd., a private family office. This was followed by six years as the finance director of ETX Capital, a Private Equity backed FCA regulated derivative trading platform. Mr. Menell holds a degree in engineering from the University of Leeds and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Mr. Stark trained as a Chartered Accountant at Grant Thornton, working in both the Audit and Business Risk Management departments. This was followed by five years at ETX Capital, a Private Equity backed FCA regulated derivative trading platform, before joining JPS Finance Ltd in 2014 as Financial Controller. Mr. Stark holds a degree in geography from the University of St Andrews and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, having qualified in 2006.
